Create a Father Rabbit customer account and you will automatically become part of our program. Or you can join by clicking on the blue Rabbit Loyalty Widget on the right-hand side of your screen.

Father Rabbit cherishes his loyal customers and wants them to know how much they mean to him! The Rabbit Loyalty program rewards you when you shop with us with special discounts and exclusive access to exciting events and sales.

Each time you purchase a full priced item online or in store at Father Rabbit, you will accumulate points – 1 point per $1 spent. You can also earn points for other interactions including referring friends and following Father Rabbit on social media.

For every 500 points you earn at Father Rabbit, you will be rewarded with a $25 voucher (as a unique discount code) that you will be able to spend within 90 days. This voucher can be used online or in store with a minimum spend of $150 per voucher.

You can check your balance and rewards anytime by clicking on the blue Rabbit Loyalty Widget on the right-hand side of the screen. Each time you shop online, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. Our team in-store can also check your points balance for you.

Your points will only expire if you do not shop with us for over 12 months. For example, if you last shopped November 2022, and don't shop again until December 2023, sadly your points will be set back to 0. Don't worry, we will send you a reminder email when your points are close to expiring. Simply shop with us again and they will be active for another 12 months.

When you have enough points to unlock a Loyalty $25 Voucher, you'll be able to redeem it for a unique discount code. You can use your discount code during checkout. Just copy and paste your unique code into the Discount bar and click 'Apply'. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount. If you would like to use your $25 Voucher in-store, just let one of our staff know at the counter.

Father Rabbit reserves the right to modify or cancel rewards at any time.

Loyalty Vouchers can only be redeemed once and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Points will not be earned on delivery fees.

If you return any of the items purchased with a Loyalty Voucher, the voucher discount or value will be subtracted from the return credit.
